Abstract
Due to the economic growth around urban area since 1960, agricultural competitiveness of farming village became weak and vicious circle(weakened agricultural competitiveness→expanded gap of quality of life between urban and rural areas→intensified exodus and rural hollowization phenomenon→weakened agricultural competitiveness) that leads to hollowization of rural community repeated as the exodus got intensified. The government delivered results as scaling of some farmhouses and increasing exportation of agricultural products by promoting various agricultural/rural policy for improvement of agricultural competitiveness and quality of life of rural area, but the rural hollowization phenomenon is getting intensified as rural population is still decreasing and aging population is increasing quickly.
