도시개발법제의 정비방안(A study on the improvement of the urban development system)

This project is the second of the study series of the legal system on the urban planning and development. The objectives of this study are to compare existing urban development methods and prepare for an improved development system. The study analysed the 6 existing development methods and compared their merits and demerits by items such as follows : - Goals and objectives of the development ; - Developers and participants ; - Designation of the project area ; - Existing land use ; - Distribution of the development profits ; - Quality of the planned environment ; - Size of the designated area ; - Development process ; - Land obtaining method ; - Financing ; - Land supply. The study suggested general directions on each items to improve existing development methods and proposed 4 alternative solutions to substitute for the existing legal system concerning with the urban development.
