□ Background
With the rapid expansion of China's economy, Northeast Asia region has appeared as the center of the world economy in terms of scale and speed of economic growth. In this new phase of the world economy, KDI School of Public Policy and Management has organized the Conference on Cooperation for Sustainable Development in Northeast Asia to find ways to get win-win relationship to achieve reciprocal benefits beyond challenge and conflicts. The discussion through four sessions in the conference will broaden perspective and deepen understanding on sustainable development based on economic cooperation and environmental issues with real cases in Northeast Asia.
