  Objectives: The KLI organized a seminar on the current status of long working hours and reduction in working hours in Korea on March 6, 2012. This seminar provided an opportunity to survey the current situation of long working hours by industry and also provided a forum to exchange different opinions regarding long working hours among management, labor, and the government in order to suggest policy recommendations for working hours reduction.
