In a post-crisis world, all countries have to tackle increasingly complex issues in international and domestic economic environment. Therefore, the commercial banks also face the great challenges in the assessment field. Many countries have put forward a series of measures to improve financial supervision system and credit rating system, especially credit rating system in commercial banks.
