Background

-  Introduce WBI’s overall approach towards capacity building and the e-Institute in the
   broader context of how the web can be leveraged to create transformative educational
   opportunities, particularly for development practitioners;
-  Share and learn about KDI's overall e-Learning Development Plans and Strategy;
-  Undertake in-depth discussion on conversion and integration of about 4~5 successful
    Korean case studies into relevant e-learning modules, and
-  Agree on next steps, with a focus on content, pedagogical design, interface, and
    technology tools. 
-  Prepare for future collaboration on development of the WBI-KDIS co-branded e-courses
    like “Frontiers of Development Policy” or “Broad-based Development Policy”, and etc.
