The 3rd KLoWF
「Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families International Symposium」

Korea women's Development Institute(KWDI) prepared KLoWF(Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Fmailies) under the purpose of establishing longitudinal material on women's life who are residing Korea aged 19 to 64. KLoWF started its first survey in 2007 and completed the fourth survey in 2013.

KLoWF is extensive longitudinal data which contains economic activities of women's life cycle and balance between work and family, and women's health.

KLoWF is not only academic research on social behavior and life cycle of women also basic data for evaluating various policies on women and families.

Befor opening panel data to the public, the 3rd symposium will be a place for discussion by inviting specialist panels and expert researchers who specialized in labor, family and health.

Especialy symposium of this year will be a meaningful time by having an opportunity to exchange academical information with RCGHA(The Research Centre for Gender, Health and Ageing) of the University of Newcastle in Australia, which signed MOU.
