On behalf of the Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI), it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 2013 KEDI Higher Deucation Policy Forum on "Strategic Planning for the Advancement of Higher Education Quality in South Korea: Uncovering the Black-Box of Learning Process."
The main objective of the forum is to foster a dialogue on the research findings of the data analysis. It will be an opportunity for the international community, academics, educational researchers, government officials and policy makers, to jointly contribute to shedding light on how the findings can be utilized to enhance the university education quality and to help politicians make informed higher education policy.
