Strategic Response to the Future

We would like to invite you to the international conference“Strategic Response to the Future,”co-hosted by National Research Council for Economics, Humanities and Social Science in Korea and Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique in France, and co-organized by the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade, Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs and Korean Women’s Development Institute.
Korea and France have achieved remarkable economic growth through their manufacturing industries. Korea and France are striving to sophisticate their domestic manufacturing industry in order to overcome the current phase of low growth, and pushing forward a variety of policies to raise the birth rate and address growing social welfare problems associated with aging.
To discuss these issues, the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade, the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs, and Korea Women’s Development Institute will be conducting sessions and making presentations, as well as the researchers from Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique of France.
In addition to the presenters from Korea and France, many experts from academic and research communities will be leading discussions.
Please consider joining this conference, which will provide opportunities to share the policy experiences of Korea and France, and the research on strategic responses to future society.
Thank you.
