Workshop on The Art of Knowledge Exchange
Are you interested in connecting clients to global knowledge for better and faster development results? Knowledge exchange (KE) can be a higly effective tool for development, as countries increasingly want to learn from peers who have overcome similar real-world challenges.
This workshop, based on The Art of Knowledge Exchange Planning Guide developed by the World Bank Institute, will provide participants with tools to design and implement effective KE initiatives. Participants will learn how to identify appropriate instruments and how to use them to achieve intended results. The workshop will introduce a systematic model which can easily be applied to achieve measurable results from knowledge exchange intiatives.
During this hands-on interactive workshop, participants will:
- Learn how to apply a simple 5-step model for a successful knowledge exchange
(Anchor, Define, Design & Develop, Implement, Measure & Report Results)
- Learn tp use a range of instruments and acitivities that contribute to a successful knowledge
