Frame of Image  increases deepens among competitors in China’s domestic market with the expansion of global companies to China, Korea’s textile & clothing industry is expected to faced many difficulties in securing its Chinese market share. In addition, China’s textile & clothing industry, with improvements in product quality, is expected to catch up to Korea’s textile & clothing industry. Therefore, it is necessary for Korea’s textile & clothing industry to prepare for this as well as maintain its competitiveness in the global market and China’s domestic market. In addition, China has accelerated its march on the global market by expanding exports based on a price competitiveness, but Chinese export competitiveness is expected to gradually weaken due to recent rapid wage increases, difficulties securing labor and yuan appreciation. Therefore, efforts by Korean companies to effectively cope with this changing industrial environment are crucial.
