On Improving the Implementation Process of the Five-Year Development Plan
(1) On the State of the Follow-up System in Kuwait
The unprecedented challenges of putting the nation’s Five-Year Development Plan into successful implementation are upon the Kuwaiti government and society. For the first time in the history of Kuwait, the implementation of the Five-Year Development Plan is in full swing- upon the National Assembly’s February 2010 approval of what the executive branch of the government had submitted in October 2009 as a broad strategic roadmap to get Kuwait moving and make progress in accord with the nation’s developmental Vision 2035.
