본 연구는 부동산 가격하락이 일반은행의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보는 데 있다. 분석자료는 1999년~2009년 회계연도의 20개 시중은행의 불균 형 패널자료를 바탕으로 실증분석하였다. 동 기간은 1997년 외환위기 이후 국내 시중은행들이 주택담보대출 및 프로젝트 파이낸싱에 대한 대출을 크게 확대해온 기간으로 기존과는 크게 변화된 경영행태를 보인 시기이다. 아울러 본 연구의 분석기간에는 국내 부동산시장에서는 보기 힘든 부동산시장의 실
