by push Doha round negotiation, different kinds of trade protection measures are on upsurge trend. § Many countries using WTO rules and loopholes to protect domestic market under domestic producers pressure. § Bilateral and regional trade arrangements are increasing at fast pace as more countries believe mutual and reciprocal treatment is good choice to develop trade.

§ Developed countries, especially leading
countries such as the US and EU tried to us bilateral and regional agreements to set up new standard and rule for global trade architecture. TPP and TTIP are those typical examples. WTO based global free trade framework is at risk of marginalization. Another trend of international trade is the rapid growth and importance of trade in services. Free trade in service is pushed hard by developed countries.
