The aims of this study is to analysis, and to establish 'Education Programs about Labor Relations in Government Organization of Korea'. To this object, this study are consisted of 5 chapters.
Chapter 1 is the introductory part of this study dealing with the issues of research purposes and methodologies in approaching and designing this particular subject.
Chapter 2 describes the empirical analysis of education systems about labor relations in public and private sector of Korea.
Chapter 3 describes the empirical analysis of education systems about labor relations in public and private sector of USA and Japan.
Chapter 4 presents the results and analysis of survey about public employees and professors and scholars. The questionnaire of this survey are consisted of education needs, education organization, instructor, master degree course of labor relation, etc.
Chapter 5 suggests two different parts of education courses about labor-relation. One is education courses of public employees their task is not related to labor-relation affairs. The other is education courses of public employees their task is closely related to labor-relation affairs.
In conclusion, this study presents the importance of 'Experts of labor-relation affairs', and offers various education courses of labor-relation experts to enhance specialties of labor-relation management.
