This study aims to derive an informatization model that is customized to the environment in Chile, with a view to facilitating cooperation between the two countries in terms of informatization and delivering the expertise and experience of the country with the best e-Government in the world, which will in turn contribute to enhancing Korea's reputation and creating more business opportunities for Korean IT companies.
The final report of this project includes the introduction, analysis of Chile's Identity Management System, best practices analysis, comparative analysis, and the future plan of Chile's resident registration system. Each chapter has its own implications for Chile in a consistent and logical manner to back up the legitimacy for selecting the priority assignments.
