Could you please tell us about the institution and what you do? KOICA is a governmental agency specialized in grant aid supporting various ODA to developing countries. Total budget of KOICA is $600 million this year. Those projects are designed aiming to deliver Korea’s development experience and to share practical knowledge which would be critical for self-reliant national development of partner countries. I am the director of Planning & Coordination team which is dealing with strategic planning, coordination of strategic agendas, global networking, government-related affairs etc.
