Abstract

It is widely recognized that the quality of education cannot exceed the quality of teachers. There may be no two opinions of the fact that a teacher is the key in determining the effectiveness of education. It is not too much to emphasize that the quality of teacher is of prime importance in the educational situation. The quality of teachers, however, may not be guaranteed to a satisfactory extent through the process of preservice education. (The rest omitted)
