Abstract
Although corruption issue exists in every country, its causes and consequences are quite diverse. Corruption issue is no longer limited to a country but a whole world. Since the issues of corruption in developing countries are recognized as a result of complicated factors such as socioeconomic and political ones with the administrative institutions and individual behaviors, it is necessary having a comprehensive approach for an analysis of reality and causes and for a provision of improvement measures. The study tries to figure out the reality of corruption in developing countries, in aid recipient countries in particular, for establishment of anti-corruption system in those countries. Before examining the cases of 6 countries, that is Ghana, Rwanda, and Uganda in African continent, and Vietnam, Indonesia, and Philippines in Asia, the literature in the area of corruption was reviewed.
