K I M Kwang Sik is a Professor Emeritus of Department of Public Administration and Graduate School of Governance, Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) Seoul. He is a graduate of the Seoul National University. He was awarded his Ph.D. in Urban Planning (Transportation major) from the University of Washington, Seattle. He has served as Dean of College of Social Science and Dean of Graduate School of Public Administration. He has also served as Director of Sustainable Urban Development Institute and Director of Research Institute of Social Science at SKKU.
