The school violence has a serious issue in korea for a while, showing a rapid increase in number and degree of individual students because it can be an unforgettable memory and hearts their mind permanently. To handle this serious problem, Korean government designates Safe Zone around 200meters of schools. For the effective management of safe Zone, the cooperative system between different government bodies was established. Basic infrastructure such as CCTV and faculties for school security was provided thus enhancing schools’ monitoring capacity related to the security problems.
