Technology Transfer from Government-funded Research Institutes (GRI) is receiving an ever increasing importance in today's fast growing economy and GRI is one of the most attractive external sources of technology for the industry. Thus, Korean government enacted Technology Transfer Promotion Act in 2000 to stimulate the transfer activity.
