In this research, a survey was conducted on the relevant personnel at the local government offices of veterans and VNET(Veterans Service Center) to empirically analyze the current conditions of the local employment network supporting the employment of discharged military officers who are vulnerable in the job market.
Integration of the analysis results indicates that the local government offices of veterans had very weak partnerships with other organizations and their employment support was perfunctory. On the other hand, the VNET had relatively active interconnections and connections with other government offices and private organizations. While the local government offices of veterans had passive relationships exclusively with government officials, the VNET had active relationships with both government officials and non-government personnel. In contrast to the closed relationship structure of the local government offices of veterans, the VNET had relatively open network governance structures.
