Abstract

This paper elucidates the importance of identifying in health organizations and conflicts among personnel involved with special reference to the a service-cum-research project in the context of health service delivery system in Korea. The paper also focuses on on-going integration processes in the program and on encouragement of diagnosis of the potential reason for problems. The concept of small size family is slowly being accepted in Korean society as the family planning project, fully supported by the government since the 1960's, has described below, accomplished some of its goals. In this atmosphere, the Seosan project demonstates the transition of emphasis from family planning to mother and child care for the future of rural Korea. (The rest omitted)
