Abstract

Corporate venturing is the growing trend around the world. This is because the uncertainties of the corporate management were expanded. So activities of Corporate venturing became more important on the creative economy. However, research on the activities of domestic corporate venturing situation is nonexistent. Therefore, this research will show that large company venturing analyze factors of success and failure, based on this, to create a market-friendly start-up model has a purpose.

At first, we did a case study on domestic and foreign for corporate venturing. The samples of study were Samsung, SK, POSCO, Hyundai, LG in Korea company and foreign companies are Nokia and Sony. Also, type of corporate venturing separated internal venture system, startup accelerator system, venture capital. Corporate venturing success factors are the following.
