Abstract

This study is purposed that shows the historical changes of the Elementary Education Policy Execution and Elementary School Teachers Education during the past 50 years and then indicates that it`s demanded new transformation of the education policy making and teachers education system than any other time. Teaching is an service profession can be survived under the good education policy and teachers education system for learners especially in the future elementary education.
