Restructuring and Business Sacking are used to make labor market more flexible and these are causes of making employment unstable.
Moreover, climate change of the Earth gives rise to the change of industrial structure and make green technology innovation spot-lighted.
In these environments, we cannot help reviewing the significance of Right to Work again and thinking the employment policies for new era.
‘Right to work’ could be defined as normative basis of employment security, which is to ‘enjoy free lifestyle through fruitful labor’.
By tracking down the significance and context of ‘right to work’, a basis of theoretical and legal principle, this study strives to construct theoretical framework in the Green Technology Innovation. (The rest omitted)
