The purpose of this paper is to make results frameworks which enable to connect projects and KOICA’s strategies, and to evaluate KOICA’s contribution to the realization of SDGs in developing countries. This paper consists of three parts. The first part explains how to construct the framework. We implemented a revised method of OECD DAC/DCD, which basically connects CRS code and SDGs targets, to include all KOICA’s projects. The second part introduces the logic and components of the frameworks. Through linking CRS code and SDGs targets and using existing KOICA’s result frameworks that have output and outcome indicators, this paper’s result frameworks complete project design matrix by linking all stages of project performance from input/activities (CRS code), output indicator, outcome indicator and impact indictor, which finally connect to SDGs targets and sectoral strategies. By these result frameworks, we are able to connect projects and KOICA’ strategies, and to monitor the KOICA’s performance in terms of supporting partner country’s SDGs implementation. The last part suggests application plan of the result frameworks. To make project manager understand better, this paper explains how project manager can apply these frameworks in each phase of project process (initiating-planning executing- closing). Moreover, it provides implications of regional and sectoral strategy through results of the analysis on the partner country’s level of SDGs implementation.
