In this paper, we are going to seek for solutions, on how to solve the lack-of-volunteer issue from utilizing the senior retiree volunteers. Therefore, we established mid-unit terms and set up detailed promotion plan, in which to arrange footstone for long-term policy.
In order to use senior retirees, the least working environments for the volunteers should be established first. Training programs to develop ‘volunteer-mind,’ and the actual capacity for executive ability is essentially required. In addition, foundation of communication system between senior retirees and younf students is necessary.
