Action plan for effective spectrum allocation for the mobile broadband in Ecuador

This project is promoted as a joint consulting project between the KEXIM Bank and IDB in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of Korea to support developing countries by sharing Korea’s broadband development experiences for the mobile broadband implementation ofthe Ecuadorian government. This report is composed of six chapters. Containing; in Chapter 2, Ecuador’s mobile broadband market, in Chapter 3, studies on global mobile broadband deployment and comparison with Ecuador’s situation, in Chapter 4, study of Korea’s mobile broadband improvement strategies and implications suggested and, in Chapter 5, the establishment of mobile broadband improvement strategies and analysis of the expected benefit, in Chapter 6 presents the conclusion of this report.
