부처 간 협업강화를 위한 평가제도 개선방안(Improving evaluation system for encouraging collaboration among government departments and offices)

Since the Park Geun-Hye administration started, removal of the partitions between departments and communication and collaboration have been continuously emphasized. Communication and collaboration are one of the representative concepts of Government 3.0, but it is still regarded as difficult to implement and not implemented well. The evaluation of collaboration in Public Service Evaluation is one of the tools that encourage collaboration among government departments and offices. In this research, appropriate indicators for the evaluation of collaboration and other ways to encouraging collaboration are suggested through the review of the current evaluating system of collaboration among government departments and offices.
