This paper analyzes factors which affect labor force participation decision of married women from 1998 to 2007 and intends to explain change of labor force participation rate in the last decade decomposing by individual changes in Xs and changes in βs corresponding to changes in Xs. In addition, this paper estimated the labor force participation probability through a simulation in order to analyze effects of Xs and βs with each variable. Two sub periods had directly-opposed course each other between effect by changes in Xs and one by changes in βs in each change of labor force participation rate, as a result of decomposition after dividing the last decade's total period by two sub periods and analyzing by decomposition change of labor force participation rate of married women in the last decade with changes in Xs and changes in βs. Also, the effects by changes in Xs and βs made probability of labor force participation in the last decade increase. Total period and two sub periods’ analysis results of lengths of time almost correspond in side of direction although there are different degrees as a result of a simulation of probability of labor force participation by a double change of Xs and βs with each variable. Also, total period and two sub periods' results was same as a whole with results of a simulation of probability of labor force participation by changes of Xs. On the one hand the results of a simulation by changes of βs have a slight difference in every period. Being based on analysis results, the course of change of all three periods is almost same in case of exception economic crisis.
