Abstract
The Joint Consulting project aims to address the methodology for effective housing developments and significance of establishing the policies in housing development policy area for developing countries, and for sharing Korean knowhow and experiences of housing developments in low income residential areas and related policy establishment. Moreover the project seeks to provide practical policy recommendations to two pilot cities in Uganda and the Philippines with application of developed incremental and affordable housing policy toolkit from the cooperation with World Bank and the Housing Research Group of Netherlands.
