Azerbaijan

This research focuses on key sectors in the value chain, including production, distribution and export, aiming to summarize Korea’s experience in economic growth and provide policy suggestions in the support project for expanding agricultural export in Azerbaijan. The main themes include the introduction of environmentally friendly farming aimed at developing promising agricultural products for export for the production sector; plans for vitalizing agricultural wholesale and retail functions for the distribution sector; and the introduction of government’s support program for the export of agricultural products for the export sector. Based on these specific subjects, the research identifies the current status of agriculture in Azerbaijan, introduces Korea’s relevant policies, and provides suggestions for applicable policies and measures for Azerbaijan as follows.
